Bring a valid state ID, and an up to date medical record for your medical marijuana appointment. 

Your physician will discuss your medical history and treatment options, which will include dosages and routes of consumption. 

Your physician writes you a recommendation, add your information into the Florida Marijuana Use Registry, and provides you with a patient ID number.

3 | Get Your Card

Yeah! Almost there. Its time to apply for your medical marijuana ID card by going on the Medical Marijuana Use Registry website, use your patient ID number given to you by your physician. To receive important updates about your application, be sure to include your email address. 

Important information to know: 

The application processing fee is $75. The current processing time for application review is five (5) business days from payment posting. 

Online payments take approximately five (5) business days to process.
